Tamafaiga 'Tiny' Jensen
Co-founder, Author and Speaker Tamafaiga 'Tiny' Jensen left Samoa at 10 years old not speaking English.
63 years later after successful, yet challenging careers in the military, corporate consultancy and corporate training world's, Tiny is the epitome of adapting identities to create value in different environments.
He is a former Country Manager for The Philippines, Security and Risk Management Company Owner and Corporate Consultant and Trainer.
Tiny's Life Story
As the Co-Author of The VIP of Mental Health, a book and program that allows readers to design and map their ideal identity and purpose that creates the highes value, Tiny was asked to speak at the world's first Suicide Solution Summit, beamed live to the world from New Zealand.
His speech is a roadmap of both inspiration and reconnection for many Pacific Islanders who were sent out into the world by the parents to gain access to global opportunites not available in the village.

Tiny and his family have been disconnected from Samoan culture from when his langauge was beaten out of him, with good intentions.
This forced Tiny and his family to become adaptable and valuable to other cultures with their skills.
Now, they are leading a Pacific Reconnection Initiative by using their global expertise, especially utilising AI to reconnect to Pacific Language and Stories.
This initiative allows the next generation to learn their language and their stories through the medium of creating pacific artwork, books, TV series and movies.
Telling our pacific stories, like Tiny's own military journey is critical in empowering pacific people in the future.

The song MALOSI was written to follow the story of many of our people coming from the villages and working in the resorts. In this story Misieli dreams of becoming a chef, to earn more money for his family and young son.
MALOSI in this context, is the strength of character and discipline to follow your dreams for a better future for you and your family.

ISLAND LEGACY was written to support our Pacific Women who are the backbone of the family and in many businesses and resorts, the real power and authority within the staff!
This song was written after releasing The AI Fale at Saletoga Resort and Spa with the women also contributing to www.protectingwomen.global

Specialising in Security and Risk Mangagement, and Driver Training, Tiny was one of the few and in many cases the only consultant that was able to travel freely into the high risk areas of The Philippines.
This was due to his Pacific Island background and appearance, combined with over 20 years living in The Phillipines.
