PREPARE TO WORK IN OZ, FROM NZ!

*Disclaimer. This is not a guarantee of employment. This gets you ready to apply for work in Australia.

Doing this for my kids!

My kids are 16 and 15, and like many Kiwi families, we couldn’t see a career path in New Zealand that truly excited them.

So, I made a call to build a future for them on the Gold Coast.

To do that, I went back to Queensland (for the third time), updated my qualifications, and found everything had changed. New rules, new pathways, and a lot of costly guesswork if you get it wrong—so I mapped it all out.

Aussie Ready Workshop gives you the clear, no-fluff baseline to get started the right way. You’ll learn how to gain the right qualifications in New Zealand and position yourself for opportunities in Australia—without wasting thousands on flights or trial and error.

We don’t guarantee jobs, but we do give you the clarity, structure, and direction to move forward with confidence across key industries like the mines, NDIS, and training.

And we'll give you your first Australian Qualification that will get you on the Australian Training Database, while you're here in New Zealand.

REAL TALK

It's All Changed!

Yep, I've done this 3 times in my lifetime. And it's ALL Changed.

How NOT to do it!

1. They LOVE kiwis! Just fly over there's HEAPS of jobs!

Reality: Yeah, nah bro. Australia is FANTASTIC in that they are very PROCESS driven. If you follow the process, you will be fine. Turning up in Aussie and getting a job is NOT it! (And you'll blow $5,000-$10,000 while you do it...)

2. My mate can get me a job!

Reality: Your mate may be able to get you an interview, but you still need the qualifications and to follow the process. And that takes time and money.

3. I can live in New Zealand and work in Australia.

Reality: This workshop is for those of us with AN INTENTION TO LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. Yes, when you first start, you may have to move to Australia, work and get in the flow, then bring your family over later. We all did that once upon a time. Never lie on any of your paperwork! Respect Australia, work hard and it will reward you.

What am I getting for my money?

1. First Aid/CPR

2. Your USI Set Up

3. The Full Process MAP

4. Your Resume/CV Done For The Mining Sector

5. Direct Connection To An NDIS Company

6. Your FULL MAP If You Want To Be A Trainer In Australia

FIRST AID/CPR

These are the basic certificates of COMPLETION that will stay in the system until you get to Australia. (First Aid lasts 2 years, CPR you have to refresh yearly.) Once you have completed these here in NZ, you have 1 year to apply for jobs to the point of an interview and making the decision to go to Australia. Once you arrive, your certificates will be issued online against your USI.

THE USI PROCESS EXPLAINED

USI stands for your Unique Student Identifier, and is a code that is assigned to you, so that EVERY qualification you get in Australia, is loaded against that number. (Just like your IRD number for tax, this is your number for training qualifications.)

The blessing here, is that you can register your USI with your personal details and New Zealand Passport.

THE FULL MAP!

The main thing you are paying for, is to learn the MAP on how this all works, while you are here in New Zealand without wasting TIME and MONEY on flights, accommodation, fuel and food in Australia.

I've just completed this process. It is current and will save you both TIME and MONEY.
